As a valued HOOPS customer, we want to let you know about the actions we are taking in response to concerns about the COVID-19 virus. The health and safety of our staff and customers remains our top priority. We are committed to serving your needs no matter how the situation evolves.
For now, we are discontinuing any onsite visits through the end of March unless absolutely necessary. If you have an appointment already scheduled your consultant will be contacting you. While this is not ideal we do have the ability to support you remotely. If you need to visit our office please schedule an appointment.
Our staff is following the best practices as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We are actively monitoring the local and national health situation and we will implement additional measures as needed.
